De Stefano Florist was sold out of poinsettias but when I said that my aunt had just been admitted to a local physical therapy center four days before Christmas Brenda took my phone number, made inquiries to locate an available plant and called me back. I ordered flowers for my wife on Valentine's Day. The day of flower delivery, my wife contacted me and said she was thinking of leaving work early. I quickly called the florist to what we could do. She said the flowers were prepared and ready to be delivered in about an hour. That wasn't soon enough so the owner called my wife's business, told the receptionist to NOT let her leave, and delivered the arrangement herself. The flowers were beautiful and my wife was super surprised. The owner went above and beyond and I really, really appreciate it.
